Tissue Converting Machine After-Sales Support

"For tissue production, after-sales support and spare parts supply are important for long-term operation. We wanted a supplier who could support us after the machine was delivered.

DOUBLE Machinery provided spare parts information and answered our technical questions during daily production. When we needed replacement parts or operation guidance, their team helped us confirm the correct items.

This made us feel more confident about using the equipment for long-term production. Good after-sales communication is one of the reasons we continue working with them."
