Napkin Paper Machine

A napkin machine is specified with two sets of dimensions: the open sheet and the folded napkin. Keep both on the sample sheet. The same unfolded size can lead to a different finished presentation when the fold changes, affecting embossing placement, stack handling and the package.

Use the model's stated fold as the starting point

Counting should finish at an agreed handoff

State the sheets per pack and how a counted stack leaves the converting machine. A machine that counts napkins is not automatically supplying the separator, film packer or carton handling. Keep those operations visible in the equipment schedule so that the end of one quotation matches the beginning of the next.

The DB-NK-270-based napkin line is a separate, specific connected-line example; its listed size and folding arrangement should not be transferred to every napkin machine. For your proposal, supply unfolded and folded dimensions, paper ply and basis weight, parent-roll specification, embossing reference, sheets per pack and packing method. Compare output for that agreed napkin and package, with the discharge and downstream handling defined.
