Trial Runs with Tissue Paper: Checking Converting Performance

Trial runs with tissue paper show how the machine handles the material through its configured converting stages. Our technicians observe unwinding and paper travel, check the operation of the relevant units, and examine the samples produced during the run.

For a rewinder, checks may include roll formation and perforation quality. For a facial tissue folding machine, they may include interfolding and stack formation; for a napkin folder, fold consistency and folded dimensions. Embossing patterns and cut quality are also checked where those functions are fitted.
