Prepare Questions Before the Visit

Bring a finished-product sample or a clear specification. Note the tissue size, sheet count, fold or roll format, packing style and expected output. These details give the supplier a practical starting point for demonstrating suitable equipment.

Review the Whole Process

During a factory visit, look beyond the main converting machine. Ask to see how the product is transferred, cut, counted and packed. Confirm which operations are automatic, which need an operator and which machines are included in the quotation.

A successful visit should leave the buyer with a clearer line configuration, a list of open technical questions and a realistic plan for the next discussion.
