V-Fold Soft Facial Tissue Machine Delivered to Colombia in 2018

Project Background

In 2018, we supplied one V-fold soft facial tissue machine to a tissue products manufacturer in Colombia. The equipment was selected to support the customer's local production of V-fold soft facial tissue products, a format commonly used for portable and on-the-go tissue packs.

Customer Requirement and Solution

The customer needed a dedicated converting line to produce V-fold facial tissues efficiently within their existing factory setup. Our machine was chosen based on its ability to handle the required tissue format while integrating with the customer's planned production workflow.

Delivery and Installation

The machine was delivered and installed at the customer's facility in Colombia. During the project, our team coordinated the equipment setup to match the available factory layout and supported the customer in preparing for production startup.

Project Result

The installation added a dedicated V-fold facial tissue converting capability to the customer's factory. This supported the customer in expanding its tissue-product range and developing soft facial tissue products for the local market.
