Z-Fold Hand Towel Paper Machine in UAE

Z-Fold Hand Towel Paper Machine for a UAE Hygiene Paper Supplier

In 2019, a hygiene paper supplier in the United Arab Emirates added a Z-fold hand towel paper machine to serve its away-from-home tissue business. The line was planned for hotels, offices, retail facilities, and other commercial washroom environments.

Requirement

The customer needed a hand towel converting solution matched to its selected fold format and planned packaging process. Equipment planning therefore focused on sheet presentation, production flow, and the installation space available in the existing factory.

Solution

A Z-fold hand towel paper machine was selected for the project. The configuration was aligned with the required folded sheet format and the downstream packing arrangement, so the new line could run as a dedicated production option for commercial tissue products.

Result

The machine gave the supplier a dedicated folding capability for Z-fold hand towels and supported its move into folded hand towel products for the away-from-home market. It also reduced reliance on external supply for this product type and created a clearer production path from parent roll to packed hand towel.
