Project Background

In 2025, a tissue manufacturer in Saudi Arabia planned a kitchen towel rewinding project with a strong focus on finished-product consistency.

The customer wanted a clear process for establishing machine settings, inspecting trial samples, and reviewing the effect of material changes. Consistent log formation was important because the rewound product also needed to remain suitable for subsequent handling and converting.

The project therefore combined equipment setup with a practical quality inspection procedure.
