In 2021, we supplied two high-speed napkin paper machines to a tissue products manufacturer in Mexico. The machines were selected for the customer's napkin production project and featured flexible output in up, down, left, and right directions.

Project Background and Customer Requirement

The customer, a tissue products manufacturer in Mexico, was planning a napkin paper production operation and needed equipment that could adapt to its local market requirements and available factory space. The key requirement was a machine configuration that would allow flexible production-line layout planning and smooth integration with downstream handling or packing equipment.

Solution: Four-Direction Output Design

The four-direction output design gave the customer more flexibility when planning the production-line layout and connecting the machines with downstream handling or packing equipment. It also enabled the customer to arrange equipment according to the available factory space and production flow.

Delivery and Installation

Both machines were delivered and installed as part of the project. The installation process was coordinated to match the customer's production schedule, allowing the machines to be positioned according to the planned layout and connected with the existing or planned downstream equipment.
