Common Product Formats

Mini pocket tissues can be produced from two-ply, three-ply or four-ply tissue. Product specifications may vary in unfolded sheet size, folded tissue dimensions, sheets per pack, finished pack thickness and packaging-film design.

The DB-HK series supports a mini format based on a 210 × 210 mm unfolded tissue and a 72 × 53 mm folded tissue. Sheet count and pack thickness can be selected according to the required retail format.

Unlike super mini packs, mini pocket tissues provide a larger usable sheet while remaining compact enough for portable use.

Mini Pocket Tissue Converting Equipment

The DOUBLE DB-HK-150P Full Servo High-Speed Single-Channel Pocket Tissue Production Line is designed for high-speed production of super mini, mini and standard pocket tissue packs.

It uses a full-servo single-channel configuration and integrates tissue-web feeding, folding, cutting, counting and primary packaging. Its rated output is 120–150 packs per minute, depending on the product format and operating conditions.

The DB-HK-130P may be selected for a more economical single-channel arrangement. For higher-output mini pocket tissue production, the DB-HK-220P dual-channel line can also be considered.

Optional embossing, perforation, label application and downstream secondary packaging should be confirmed according to the finished product.
