Travel and Hospitality Pocket Tissue Production Equipment
Travel and hospitality pocket tissues are compact dry tissue products prepared for hotels, airlines, restaurants, transport services, and personal travel kits. Their dimensions, sheet count, and packaging design should support convenient distribution while maintaining a consistent guest experience.
Common Product Formats
Travel and hospitality pocket tissues may use super mini, mini, standard, or portable formats, depending on the intended distribution channel.
Hotel amenity kits may require compact packs with a limited sheet count, while retail travel packs may use larger folded tissues or more sheets per pack. Tissue ply, embossing, wrapper design, and finished pack dimensions can be selected according to the target market.
Application Scope
Travel and hospitality pocket tissues are suitable for:
Hotel guest rooms and amenity kits
Airlines and railway services
Restaurants, cafés, and event venues
Travel retailers and convenience stores
Corporate hospitality programs
Portable personal-care kits
These channels generally require compact dimensions, reliable sheet counts, and consistent presentation across repeat orders.
Production and Quality Requirements
Tissue feeding, ply alignment, folding, cutting, and counting should remain stable to maintain consistent finished-pack dimensions.
When customer-supplied printed film is used, film registration and sealing should be coordinated with the approved packaging design. Sample packs should be checked for sheet count, folded dimensions, wrapper position, and seal quality.
Equipment for Travel and Hospitality Pocket Tissues
DB-HK-130P, DB-HK-150P, and DB-HK-220P can be configured for selected Super Mini, Mini, and DB-HK standard formats. The DB-W-200P is intended for standard and portable pocket tissue products.
For a practical single-channel travel-product arrangement, the DB-HK-130P has a rated output of 100–130 packs per minute. Higher-output projects may be evaluated using the DB-HK-150P or an applicable dual-channel configuration.
Suitable downstream equipment can be added when individual packs must be grouped for hotel supply or transport distribution. Secondary packaging is not automatically included in the main production line.
Selecting the Right Configuration
Buyers should confirm:
