Customer Background

In 2022, a tissue manufacturer in Poland sought to improve the efficiency and stability of its toilet paper production.

The customer required a reliable rewinding solution for continuous production, with the flexibility to handle different finished toilet paper roll formats. Stable web tension, consistent roll formation, and reduced downtime were key considerations when selecting the equipment.

Customer Requirements

The Polish customer was mainly looking for:

Our Solution

Based on the customer's production requirements, we supplied a non-stop toilet paper rewinding line designed for continuous tissue roll production.

The non-stop rewinding system allows finished logs to be changed without stopping the main production process, helping reduce production interruptions and improve operating efficiency.

The system supports both cored and coreless toilet paper rolls. For coreless production, the vacuum suction system helps maintain firm and uniform roll formation, which is particularly important for achieving consistent roll density and shape.

Independent motor drives provide stable control of the main working sections and help maintain consistent web tension throughout the rewinding process.

The modular design also gives the customer flexibility to adjust the configuration according to different toilet paper product requirements.

Installation & Commissioning

During installation and commissioning, our technical team focused on unwind alignment, web tension adjustment, perforation settings, and finished roll formation.

For multi-ply tissue, the tension of each paper layer was carefully adjusted to ensure stable web running and consistent roll formation. This helped reduce issues such as telescoping and loose rolls during operation.

For coreless toilet paper production, the vacuum suction pressure and finished roll diameter were also checked and adjusted to achieve the required roll firmness and shape.

After commissioning, the equipment was put into regular toilet paper production.
