Printed Napkin Pack Acceptance Test for a Turkish Tissue Supplier

In 2022, a hospitality tissue supplier in Turkey selected an automatic napkin tissue packing machine for a new printed retail pack. The project focused on confirming the package format before delivery and preparing the customer's operators for routine production.

Project Requirement

The customer supplied folded napkin samples, the required sheets per pack, and printed-film information. The finished package needed to keep a regular rectangular shape, present the printed panel correctly, and leave the packing section at consistent intervals for final inspection and carton loading.

Factory Acceptance and Training

The DB-NK-150P automatic napkin tissue packing machine was tested with the agreed napkin stack and packaging material. During the factory acceptance test, the team checked stack entry, pushing timing, film feeding, sealing position, finished-pack dimensions, and discharge spacing.

The control interface was used to record the approved production settings. Operator training covered startup checks, film replacement, basic format adjustment, alarm identification, safe access, and daily cleaning of the feeding and sealing areas.

Result

The customer completed the acceptance test with an approved finished-pack sample and a recorded setup for the selected napkin format. This gave the installation team a clearer reference for commissioning and reduced the amount of trial adjustment required after delivery.

The organized discharge also provided a convenient point for checking package appearance and collecting finished napkin packs before outer-carton packing.
