Dual-Channel Pocket Tissue Production Line for a UAE Private-Label Supplier

In 2025, a private-label tissue supplier in the United Arab Emirates added a full-servo dual-channel pocket tissue production line for mini and standard handkerchief tissue packs. The project focused on coordinating the converting, transfer, primary wrapping, and finished-pack discharge stages as one continuous production process.

Project Requirement

The customer needed higher pocket tissue output without relying on two separately operated single-channel lines. Both channels had to maintain consistent tissue feeding and deliver finished packs at a balanced rate, while the operators needed one clear interface for monitoring the main sections of the line.

Configured Production Line

The DB-HK-220P full-servo dual-channel pocket tissue production line was configured around the customer's tissue dimensions, ply, sheets per pack, parent-roll width, and printed-film sample.

During trial production, the team checked the timing between folding, tissue transfer, film wrapping, sealing, and discharge. The rotary transfer section and the two packing channels were adjusted so that tissue stacks entered the wrapping stage in a controlled sequence. The touchscreen was then used to monitor operating status and record the approved production settings.

Result

The completed line gave the customer a connected production route from tissue converting to individually wrapped pocket tissue packs. Coordinated channel timing reduced product accumulation between sections and made it easier for operators to identify where an adjustment was required.

The line also provided a practical platform for producing different private-label pocket tissue formats after the corresponding tissue, sheet-count, and packaging settings were confirmed.
